Dark or light, it matters not. Coming face to face with an angel will alter your life. One is a tale of renewal in a broken world. And one is a tale of renewal in a world beyond. Two families intertwined by a tiny cottage on a small compound among many. It is a story that is all to familiar. A story that is life itself.
Touched by an Angel
fever…dizzyness… pounding headache
burning… sweating… chilled… exhaustion… diminished strength
“wake up mama… i see the dark man… don’t go mama… wake up mama we need to sing to jesus.”
Spirals of consciousness… waves of nausea…
“mama, stay awake”… burning chills… “sing to jesus mama… praise jesus! sing so the devil goes away! stay awake and sing mama!”
Darkness passed over… malaria relief
Renewed body…. blessed be His name.
* * * *
Fallen Flowers
fever… swift… stalking… silent
one moment laughing… night closes in
“please pray!!! help us!! someone please help!!”
fever raging… tiny hands cling to life… strength diminishing…
Darkness lingered…..silence….renewed spirit.
confusion… anger… longing… loss
Loss…
“papa where is brother? papa is he coming home?”
“i choose to bless His name”

Two tales of renewal. One common denominator.
